Who can come into the USO of Missouri?
The USO of Missouri serves active, reserve, and National Guard military members and their families. Retirees who are in transit may visit the USO of Missouri up to four (4) times per month.
Where is the USO of Missouri located?
The USO of Missouri has four locations.
- The James S. McDonnell facility is located in the main terminal of the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport across from baggage claim M6. This facility is open 365 / 24 / 7.
- The East Terminal Satellite facility is located in the east terminal of the Lamber-St. Louis International Airport across from entrance ET11. This facility is open M - F, 7 AM - 6 PM.
- The Fort Leonard Wood USO is located on post at 805 Iowa Avenue. This facility is open Thurs - Sat, 12 PM - 10 PM and Sunday 12 PM - 6 PM.
The Mobile USO is our "USO on the Go". This unit is available for homecomings, deployments, family days, morale events, and field training exercises. The schedule for this unit is flexible and designed around the needs of the requesting units.
Where does the USO of Missouri obtain its funding?
The USO of Missouri is a non-profit 501(c)(3). We receive no government, military, or United Way funding and are not part of the Department of Defense. All funding comes from individual and corporate donors.
How do I become a volunteer?
We are always looking for people to help in our facilities and events! You can start the process by completing the volunteer application.
How do I donate items?
Items needed for donation can be found on our wish list. All items can be brought to the USO of Missouri's James S. McDonnell facility located in the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport across from baggage claim M6.

How often does the USO of Missouri shuttle run to Fort Leonard Wood?
The USO of Missouri does not have a shuttle to Fort Leonard Wood. USA Express (1-800-872-9399)and taxi cabs are available from the airport facility. Greyhound (1-800-231-2222) is available from downtown St. Louis.
Where is the USO in Kansas City?
Currently, there is no USO in Kansas City. The USO of Missouri currently serves the Kansas City area with our Mobile USO and is always in need of volunteers. If you'd like to volunteer, please complete the volunteer application. If you are a military unit and would like support for a deployment, homecoming, family day, or morale event, please complete the Mobile USO Reservation Form.
What area does the USO of Missouri serve?
The USO of Missouri serves the entire state of Missouri and the Illinois counties of Jersey, Madison, Monroe, and St. Clair.
